组合凸肩叶片的固有特性分析

ANALYSIS OF INHERENT PROPERTY ON ASSEMBLING SHROUD BLADES

  • 摘要: 提供一种计算组合凸肩叶片固有特性的方法。用薄板-弹簧系统模拟组合凸肩叶片,建立互相耦合的一组单叶片振动微分方程,并将其转换到模态坐标上,其中,未知的弹簧刚度(凸肩作用刚度)可由试验获得。求解方程组的特征值问题即可获得组合叶片系统的固有频率和振型。计算结果表明,使用的方法能较好的处理组合凸肩叶片的固有特性问题。

     

    Abstract: A method for calculating the natural property of assembling shroud blades is presented. By replacing assembling shroud blades with system of thin plates and springs, a series of differential equations concerning dual interaction between blades are established and transformed by mode coordinates, and the unknown stiffness of spring (acting stiffness of shroud) could be obtained experimentally. Furthermore, natural frequencies and corresponding modes of the system are acquired by solving the eigenvalue problem of the set of the equations. The results show that the proposed approach can deal well with the problem on the inherent property of assembling shroud blades.
