CFRP拉索设计对大跨度斜拉桥力学特性的影响

STUDY ON BEHAVIOR OF LONG-SPAN CFRP CABLE-STAYED BRIDGES

  • 摘要: 以跨度600m~1400m的桥梁为对象,对碳纤维拉索在不同跨径斜拉桥中的适用性和经济性进行了研究。通过活载作用下的最不利内力和变形、抗风性以及弹塑性稳定性、振动特性等方面的对比,分析了碳纤维拉索在各种大跨度斜拉桥中的适用可能性。研究结果表明:碳纤维拉索的刚度虽然低于钢索,但使用这种材料不影响大跨度斜拉桥的结构设计内力,相反由于拉索使用效率的提高和较高的侧向刚度有利于主梁结构的设计。碳纤维拉索的设计安全系数在2.5~3.5之间可以满足桥梁结构设计的强度和刚度要求。但经济性是影响碳纤维拉索适用于跨度小于1000m斜拉桥的重要因素之一。

     

    Abstract: The applicability and economy of CFRP cables were investigated through a series of cable-stayed bridges with a span range from 600m to 1400m. The internal forces, deformations, wind resistant ability, elasto-plastic buckling strength and dynamic characteristics are studied among the bridges with different spans.The results show that CFRP cables are superior to steel cables in design of main girder of cable-stayed bridges because they can offer the girder more lateral stiffness with better efficiency. The range of the safety factor of CFRP cables is 2.5~3.5, in which the strength and stiffness design of the bridge are rational. Besides, the economy is a significant factor for the applicability of CFRP cables in cable-stayed bridges with span below 1000m.
