SUMMARIZATION AND APPLICATION OF HIGH-TECH IN TO WANJIAZHAI PROJECTS

  • 摘要: 引黄工程是从根本上解决山西水资源紧缺,促进山西经济社会发展和生态环境可持续发展,维系国家新型能源和重化工基地发展的大型跨流域引水工程。介绍了万家寨引黄工程的线路组成和水工建筑物布置情况。介绍了三项高新技术:隧道掘进、预应力钢筒混凝土管道输水及预应力数字化张拉技术在引黄一期工程中的应用。研究了三项技术的关键技术环节,针对实际应用时的工程条件及施工难点,提出相应的施工方法及对策,为今后类似水工建设工程项目施工提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Wanjiazhai yellow river diversion project (YRDP) is a large-scale inter-basin water diversion project. The objectives of YRDP are to accommodate the water shortage in Shanxi, and to promote the economic development and the sustainable development of ecological environment. Simultaneously, the project can accelerate the development of new energy and the heavy chemical industry base of our country. Wanjiazhai YRDP lines composition and layout of the hydraulic structures are introduced. Additionally, tunnel boring machine, water transmission of pre-stressed concrete cylinder pipe and technology of digital tensioning on pre-stressed concrete are proposed. The application of the three technologies in the first stage of YRDP is presented. Through studies on the three momentous technologies, practical construction methods and measure are put forward to suit engineering conditions and to solve construction problems. The conclusions could provide valuable experiences for the similar construction of water diversion projects.
