SENSITIVITY ANALYSIS OF EXTRUSION PROCESSES AND PARAMETER OPTIMIZATION OF DIE CAVITY

  • 摘要: 以高温下的挤压成形加工过程优化设计问题为背景,针对应变率相关粘性固体本构关系的材料稳态非弹性变形过程提出了形状灵敏度分析方法,并对算法的效率进行了讨论,在此基础上研究了挤压成形模具的形状优化设计问题的数学模型和数值求解算法。给出了挤压成形模具的二维形状优化设计算例,数值结果验证了所给出的灵敏度分析算法和优化设计模型的正确性和可用性。

     

    Abstract: The shape sensitivity analysis of high-temperature extrusion processes and its applications to the optimum design of the tool shape are discussed. A numerical method is proposed for the shape sensitivity analysis of the stationary inelastic deformation processes of the strain rate dependent materials, and the efficiency of this approach is compared with that of the finite difference method. The mathematical model and the numerical solution techniques of the tool shape design optimization are presented. A numerical example with regard to a 2-dimensional extrusion die design problem illustrates the validity of the problem formulation and the efficiency of the present method.
