端部设置弹簧和阻尼器提高防护门抗力的理论与数值分析

THEORETICAL AND NUMERICAL INVESTIGATIONS IN EFFECTS OF END-SUPPORTED SPRINGS AND DAMPERS ON INCREASING RESISTANCE OF BLAST DOORS

  • 摘要: 如何提高防护门抗力是当前防护工程领域研究的热点问题之一。在理论分析的基础上,提出了一种通过在防护门两端设置弹性与阻尼支承来提高防护门抗力的技术措施,给出了弹性刚度和阻尼的选取原则,并利用ABAQUS有限元软件,对典型的平板式和拱型钢包混凝土高抗力防护门在核爆及化爆荷载作用下的动力响应进行了非线性数值分析,计算结果表明,在防护门两端设置弹性与阻尼支承可使防护门的抗力明显提高,荷载作用时间愈短,抗力提高幅度愈大。

     

    Abstract: One of the frequently-concerned issues in the research field of protective engineering is how to increase the resistance of blast doors. A new measure setting springs and dampers on the ends of blast doors to increase the resistance is proposed. Firstly, dynamic responses of an elastically and damply supported beam subjected to blast loads are analyzed theoretically and the effectivity of the springs and the dampers on increasing the structural resistance is proved. In order to further investigate the effectivity in the case of nonlinear responses, two typical flat-type and arch-type concrete-filled steel blast doors subjected to blast loads induced by nuclear and conventional weapons are then analyzed by finite element analysis software ABAQUS. It is demonstrated that the resistance of the blast doors can be increased obviously by the springs and the dampers, and the shorter the duration of the loads, the more effective the increasing of the resistance.
