降低钢结构焊接件残余应力的振动时效法

RELIEVING RESIDUAL STRESSES OF THE WELDING WORKPIECE IN THE STEEL STRUCTURE BY VIBRATORY STRESS RELIEF

  • 摘要: 研究钢结构焊接件拼焊过程中产生的焊接变形行为,通过应用振动时效(Vibratory Stress Relief, VSR)工艺,以消除拼焊处残余应力,提高焊接件的尺寸精度。通过振动过程中动应力分析和VSR工艺前后残余应力的对比测量,分析焊接件拼焊处动应力和残余应力的分布状况,实验结果表明VSR工艺消应力效果良好。

     

    Abstract: This paper studies the distortion of the welding workpiece in the steel structure. Residual stresses were eliminated in the welding place by Vibratory Stress Relief (VSR) process, and the size precision of the welding workpiece was improved. Dynamic stresses were analyzed and the measured residual stresses before and after the VSR process were compared, so that the reduction and redistribution of residual stresses were obtained. The experiment results show that the VSR process is effective.
