桁架式钢管混凝土拱桥合龙时温度影响对策与计算方法

CALCULATION METHOD AND COUNTERMEASURE FOR CLOSURE TEMPERATURE INFLUENCE IN TRUSSED CFST ARCH BRIDGE

  • 摘要: 分析了桁架式钢管混凝土拱桥空钢管在非设计合龙温度下合龙对成拱内力和线形的影响,探讨了消除温度影响的措施,提出了用最小二乘法计算千斤顶顶推力和压重大小的方法与步骤,并以茅草街大桥为例对该方法的计算效果进行了验证,最后根据计算结果对各种调整措施进行了对比分析,结果表明:对于茅草街大桥,合龙温度高于设计基准温度宜采用顶下弦杆与压重相结合的调整措施,合龙温度低于设计基准温度宜采用拉下弦杆与顶上弦杆相结合的调整措施。

     

    Abstract: For trussed CFST arch bridge, closure temperature influence to internal force and line form of arch on empty steel tube arch state is analyzed, the method of eliminating temperature influence is discussed, and the least square method to calculate jacking force as well as counterweight is proposed. By taking MaoCaoJie bridge as a interested case, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified. At last, after contrastively analyzing various measure of adjustment, the following conclusions are drawn: for MaoCaoJie bridge, if the closure temperature is higher than the design datum temperature, jacking lower chord with counterweight is the best measure; if the closure temperature is lower than the design datum temperature, jacking lower chord with pulling upper chord is the best measure.
