宽幅空心板梁锚固端纵向抗裂的实用分析方法

A PRACTICAL COMPUTING METHOD OF LONGITUDINAL ANTI-CRACK ANALYSIS FOR ANCHOR END OF WIDE HOLLOW SLAB GIRDERS

  • 摘要: 针对宽幅空心板锚固端在局部承压试验研究中产生纵向裂缝的问题,分析了纵向裂缝产生的原因,并结合宽幅空心板锚固端截面设计提出纵向抗裂的分析模型,推导纵向抗裂的分析方法,探讨了锚固端截面尺寸、作用在腹板上的预压力偏心矩以及剪切面上抗剪钢筋对宽幅空心板纵向抗裂能力的影响,并编制了纵向抗裂分析程序。最后,采用编制的程序对宿迁-淮安高速公路宽幅空心板梁锚固端截面设计进行纵向抗裂分析,分析结果与现场局部承压试验相吻合。

     

    Abstract: Pointing to the longitudinal cracks of wide hollow slabs in the local press experiment, reasons of longitudinal cracks are analyzed. Then integrating the anchor end section design of wide hollow slabs, analytical models are presented and analytical method is derived for anti-crack analysis of the anchor end. Moreover, factors such as the dimensions of the anchor end section, eccentricity of prestressing in belly ban and anti-shear reinforcements in shear faces are analyzed. Thus the longitudinal anti-crack analysis program is developed. Finally, the wide hollow slab used in Suqian-Huaian highway is analyzed. The analytical results accords with the field local press experiment results reasonably.
