COMPLIANCE CALCULATION AND ANALYSIS OF TYPICAL FLEXURE HINGES

  • 摘要: 以结构力学中卡氏第二定理为理论基础,通过引入恰当的积分变量,建立了计算一般单边柔性铰链柔度性能的统一数学模型,并用推导的解析式计算了单边直圆、单边抛物线和单边正割曲线形柔性铰链的柔度性能,利用有限元方法对柔性铰链的柔度解析式进行校验,结果表明有限元与封闭形式近似解的相对误差小于9%,通过定义柔度比函数,分析了柔性铰链结构参数对其柔度性能的影响关系,并比较了这几种柔性铰链的柔度性能,为柔性铰链的工程设计提供了理论依据。

     

    Abstract: Closed-form compliance equations are derived for half flexure hinges based on the Castigliano’s second theorem. The compliances of half right circular flexure hinge, half parabolic flexure hinge and half secant flexure hinge are calculated by using these equations. Finite element analysis is performed for verification. The deviation between the results from finite element analysis and these equations is less than 9%. The influence of geometric parameters on compliance is studied. The compliances of several typical flexure hinges are compared.
