玻化微珠保温墙模复合剪力墙承载力研究

STUDY ON BEARING CAPACITY OF COMPLEX SHEAR WALL WITH GHB HEAT PRESERVATION FORMWORK

  • 摘要: 适应建筑节能的要求,提出一种新型保温承重结构体系——玻化微珠保温墙模复合剪力墙体系。通过轴压试验研究与有限元模拟分析,确定单片免拆墙模复合剪力墙在轴向压力作用下的承载能力,了解复合剪力墙的破坏形态、变形能力。同时进行传统剪力墙轴压试验研究及数值模拟,比较两种墙体的强度及平面外稳定性,确定墙模对内部混凝土的复合增强作用。试验及模拟分析结果均表明本体系复合剪力墙在正常使用荷载下具有较大的承载能力和刚度,具有很好的整体工作性能。研究成果可以为保温墙模复合剪力墙的工作性能评价和安全设计提供理论依据。

     

    Abstract: With the implementation of the policies about energy efficiency in buildings, a kind of new structure— Complex shear wall structure with heat preservation formwork by glazed hollow bead(GHB) was developed. Experimental work and finite element analysis on the complex shear walls were introduced. Based on the complex shear wall specimen experiment under vertical loading and numerical simulation, some characteristics of the new structure were analyzed, including the bearing capacity, failure mode, distortion capability. Meanwhile, the common shear wall specimen test and analysis were carried on. Aimed at the reinforcing effect, the strength and the out plane stability were contrasted between the two kind of shear walls. Both the experiment and FEM analysis results show that complex shear walls have enough strength and rigidity to bear the service stage loading and have perfect work behaviors as a whole. The conclusions may be used to design and evaluate the performance of new structures.
