风载作用下锅炉构架动力特性有限元分析

FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSIS ON DYNAMIC CHARACTERISTICS OF BOILER STEEL STRUCTURE UNDER WIND LOAD

  • 摘要: 对风载作用下电站锅炉构架钢结构的动力特性进行了研究。针对工程实例,运用空间梁单元有限元方法建立了锅炉构架的三维结构模型;考虑风荷载作用,应用ANSYS软件对锅炉构架钢结构进行了静力计算分析;用Lanczos向量迭代法求解自振方程,研究了电站锅炉构架钢结构的自振特性;用反应谱法进行动力响应分析,计算结果表明,风载作用下结构的内力和变形较小,且满足设计规范要求。

     

    Abstract: Dynamic characteristics of boiler steel structure under wind load were studied. The three dimensional structural model of a boiler steel structure was set up by space beam finite element method. Considering wind load effect, the static analysis of boiler steel structure was conducted using ANSYS software. The self-oscillation equation of the structure was resolved by Lanczos vector iteration, and the self-oscillation characteristics of boiler steel structure was studied. The dynamic response of the structure was given by response spectrum method. The results showed that the stress and deformation of the structure were small under wind load, and they satisfied the requirement of the design code.
