等效静风荷载下超大型冷却塔受力性能分析

NUMERICAL INVESTIGATION ON PERFORMANCE OF SUPER LARGE COOLING TOWERS UNDER EQUIVALENT STATIC WIND LOAD

  • 摘要: 首先概述了某超大型冷却塔群塔内外表面测压风洞试验结果,结合表面压力极值分布关系、多塔比例系数和风振系数描述了冷却塔等效风荷载作用特点。采用有限元计算方法,分析了冷却塔在重现期设计风速作用下内力及变形分布,验算了冷却塔筒体局部弹性稳定性。考虑冷却塔混凝土材料及几何非线性,初步探讨了冷却塔在静风荷载作用下的极限承载力。分析过程着重比较了内压效应、外表面极值荷载分布模式、端部效应、风剖面幂指数、多塔干扰效应对于冷却塔的影响。

     

    Abstract: According to the pressure data obtained from a group of super large cooling towers, the equivalent static wind load is modeled with associated parameters: surface extreme value pressure distribution formulations, tower group factors; wind-vibration factors, etc. With the help of FEM numerical simulation method, the performance of cooling towers in terms of stress, displacement and local elastic stability due to aerodynamic loads are examined. Accounting for material and geometrical non-linearity of cooling tower, the ultimate bearing capacity under static wind load is also investigated. In this paper, more efforts are focused on some key parameters, i.e., internal pressure, distribution mode about external pressure, boundary effect, wind profile index and group tower effect.
