三维隔震抗倾覆支座力学性能试验研究

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF THREE-DIMENSIONAL BASE ISOLATION AND OVERTURN RESISTANCE DEVICE

  • 摘要: 针对目前的建筑三维隔震支座种类少以及不能抗倾覆的缺陷,提出并研制了三类不同的三维隔震抗倾覆支座。详细介绍了各类型支座的构造以及制作工艺。利用压剪试验机和电子式万能试验机按照功能对其中的碟形弹簧三维隔震抗倾覆支座进行水平向和竖向的力学性能试验。试验结果表明:添加钢丝绳确实能够提高橡胶支座的抗拉能力,支座水平向滞回曲线饱满,水平向分体和整体性能试验结果一致;碟形弹簧支座的三种不同组合方式都具有适宜的刚度;与分体竖向性能试验不同,整体竖向性能试验时,考虑了水平和竖向的耦合,滞回曲线较饱满,可简化为双线性;加载频率对支座性能的影响小。

     

    Abstract: Three kinds of three-dimensional base isolation and overturn resistance devices (3D-BIORD) were developed, in view of the limitation that there are a few kind of structural three-dimensional base isolators and existent bearings do not have the ability of overturn resistance. The structure and constructing technology of each type of bearings are introduced in detail. Horizontal and vertical mechanical property tests of the disk spring three- dimensional base isolation and overturn resistance device (DS-3D-BIORD) are carried out according to the function of bearings using a press-shear machine and an electronic universal test machine. Results of tests show that the adding in wire rope really improves the pull resistance ability of the rubber bearing, that the device has a full horizontal hysteresis loop and horizontal part tests and whole tests consist with each other, that all the three kinds of combination mode of the disk spring bearing have proper stiffness, that unlike the vertical part tests, the device has a fuller hysteresis loop when carry out vertical whole tests, that by considering the couple of the horizontal and the vertical, the hysteresis loop can simplify as a bilinear form, and that the loading frequency has little influence on the properties of the device.
