MESOANALYSIS OF CONCRETE BEHAVIOR DUE TO EFFECT OF AGGREGATE GRADATION

  • 摘要: 为研究混凝土骨料级配对混凝土性能的影响,采用离散元法中颗粒-弹簧模型对不同骨料级配的混凝土性能进行了细观分析。将混凝土骨料随机分布在混凝土中,以骨料为刚性颗粒元、骨料之间的填充砂浆为弹簧元建立颗粒-弹簧模型,计算不同骨料级配下混凝土的应力-应变性能和破坏面。计算结果表明用这一模型计算的骨料级配变化对混凝土的影响与试验结果相吻合,这种颗粒-弹簧模型可以计算分析骨料级配变化对混凝土性能的影响。而且在平面问题中颗粒-弹簧模型的单元刚度矩阵为6×6,比传统有限元的存储量和计算量都小很多。

     

    Abstract: For analyzing the influence of aggregate gradation on the concrete behavior, the grain-spring model of discrete element method is presented. Taking aggregates randomly distributed in the concrete as rigid grains and mortar between aggregates as springs, the grain-spring model is established in mesoscale. The stress-strain relationship and rupture surface of concrete having different aggregate gradation under compression are calculated. The calculated results are identical in many aspects with the results of experimentation. The results show that the grain-spring model in mesoscale can be used to analyze the influence of aggregate gradation on the macroscale behavior of concrete. And in the plane problem, the element stiffness matrix of the grain-spring model is 6×6. The quantity of storage and calculation is very smaller than that of the finite element method.
