不平整条件下车-路耦合作用动力分析

COUPLED DYNAMIC ANALYSIS OF VEHICLE-ROAD SYSTEM UNDER ROUGHNESS CONDITIONS

  • 摘要: 车辆在道路行驶过程中,车辆的振动与道路是相互作用和相互耦合的。该文把车辆简化为两自由度振动体系,将道路离散为多层体系的有限元模型,将车辆、道路视为一个整体的系统,车辆和道路分别是整个系统的一个子系统,建立了车辆-道路垂向耦合动力分析模型,推导出了车辆-道路系统的动力平衡方程式,并把路面不平整设定为振动激励函数,对动力平衡方程式进行了求解,以期从耦合的角度对车-路动力相互作用做一些开拓性的研究探讨。通过编程并结合算例,分析了车辆运行速度、路面不平整度的矢高和波长与车辆动荷载及车身加速度的关系,反映出路面不平整度、车速是影响车-路系统动力性能最重要的因素之一,尤其要控制路面不平整度。研究结果与已有部分研究结论吻合较好,表明了该文模型的可靠性。

     

    Abstract: While a vehicle running on the road, the vibration of vehicle and road are coupled and interacted. The vehicle is simplified into a two DOF vibration system and the road is dispersed as a multi-layer FEM system. Then considering the road and vehicle as a whole system, and each of them is a subsystem, a dynamic model of vertical vehicle-road vertical coupled system is established. Take this as the foundation, the dynamic equilibrium equation of vehicle-road system is deduced and the dynamic equilibrium equation is solved by regarding the pavement roughness as a stimulate function. By an example, the relation of vehicle speed, the wavelength and amplitude of road and vehicle dynamic load, vertical vehicle acceleration are analyzed numerically. It shows that road roughness and vehicle speed are the main factor which affect the dynamic property of the vehicle-road vertical coupled system. Therefore, it is important to control the road roughness. Results of this work agree well with some existing document results; thusly the reliability of the model is verified.
