基于高性能计算的钢筋混凝土构件等间距裂缝形成过程研究

STUDY ON FRACTURE SPACING FORMATION PROCESS OF REINFORCED CONCRETE SPECIMEN BASED ON HIGH PERFORMANCE CALCULATION

  • 摘要: 通过建立钢筋混凝土细观损伤软化力学模型,结合统计技术考虑混凝土细观非均匀性,采用并行三维真实破坏过程分析Parallel-RFPA3D(Realistic Failure Process Analysis)系统,模拟了不同力学特性的钢筋对钢筋混凝土构件在单轴拉伸作用下变形场分布以及破坏形态,分析了不同力学特性的钢筋对裂缝数及裂缝间距的影响。研究发现,饱和裂缝间距随钢筋弹性模量值的增加而减小,而裂缝的数量则随钢筋弹性模量值的增加而增多。在试件破坏过程中出现了等间距裂缝现象并通过数值试验分析了此破坏现象的力学机理。

     

    Abstract: Based on three-dimension soften models, considering the heterogeneities on mesoscopic scale, a set of numerical tests were undertaken using a Parallel-RFPA (Realistic Failure Process Analysis) program. The paper investigates the influence of reinforcement characteristic on failure mode and stress distribution of the reinforced concrete specimens under uniaxial tensle stress. It can be found, averagely, the fracture space decreases and the fracture number increases with the increasing of the Elastic modulus of reinforcement. Equal-space fracture was observed in the test, and its mechanism was studied through a set of numerical tests.
