变长度柔性提升系统纵向-横向受迫耦合振动分析

ANALYSIS OF FORCED COUPLED LONGITUDINAL-TRANSVERSE VIBRATION OF FLEXIBLE HOISTING SYSTEMS WITH VARYING LENGTH

  • 摘要: 以任意变长度柔性提升系统的纵向-横向耦合振动为研究对象,采用Hamilton原理建立了在受到外界横向激励情况下柔性部件的振动和振动能量的偏微分方程,并使用Galerkin方法对运动方程进行离散化求解。最后,以电梯悬挂提升系统为例对所建模型进行验算。数值结果表明:高速电梯系统在受到一定的横向扰动(激励)时,柔性部件在以横向振动为主的耦合振动状态下运动,并且在上行阶段存在一定的不稳定区域。这一现象与实际当中的发现所一致。

     

    Abstract: Aimed at the forced coupled longitudinal-transverse vibration of flexible hoisting systems, the governing equations and energy equations of the coupled vibration of the flexible component with arbitrarily varying length are developed using the Hamilton’s principle. The Galerkin’s method is used to discretize the governing equations,which can be solved with numerical methods. The elevator hoisting system is analyzed to evaluate the proposed theoretical model. The results of simulation show that under typical conditions, the elevator system motions with coupled vibration, in which transverse vibration is dominant; while a nonstationary vibration may occur in the upward trip of elevator car. These phenomena have already been observed in practice.
