COMPLEX RESPONSE OF A HIGH-PARAMETER TURBO ROTOR MODEL UNDER THREE NONLINEAR FORCES

  • 摘要: 考虑油膜力、气流力和密封力等三种非线性力,建立单跨对称弹性转子的动力学方程。采用Matlab软件对方程进行数值积分,研究系统在转速、气流速度和密封间隙改变时的动力学行为,并考虑到高转速、大的气流速度等高参数及密封小间隙影响。结果表明:转速的改变,使系统出现周期1运动、周期3运动、周期4运动和概周期运动等复杂动力学行为;气流速度的改变,使系统发生突然失稳,失稳后出现周期6运动窗口和周期3运动窗口,且周期3运动幅值突然增大,窗口变高;密封间隙较小时,系统以概周期运动为主,中间存在周期1运动。

     

    Abstract: The dynamic equations of a flexible symmetrical rotor of a single span under three nonlinear forces, the oil film force, the airflow force and the seal force are established. Considering the parameters of high speed, large airflow velocity and a small seal clearance, the dynamic behavior of the system is studied with a numerical integration method by the software of Matlab. The results show that: with the change of rotary speed, the system shows a complex dynamic behavior containing periodic movements and quasi-periodic movements. With the change of airflow velocity, the instability of the system will occur suddenly, and windows of period-6 and period-3 movements occur after that; the amplitude of period-3 movement increases suddenly and the window becomes high. With a small seal clearance, the system has quasi-periodic movements, in which the period-1 movement is contained.
