风嘴角度对封闭和半封闭箱梁涡振及颤振性能的影响

INFLUENCE OF WIND FAIRING ANGLE ON VORTEX-INDUCED VIBRATIONS AND FLUTTER PERFORMANCES OF CLOSED AND SEMI-CLOSED BOX DECKS

  • 摘要: 以象山港大桥和椒江二桥为例,通过风洞试验和计算流体动力学方法研究风嘴角度对封闭和半封闭箱梁斜拉桥涡振性能和颤振性能的影响。研究结果表明,封闭钢箱梁和半封闭分离双箱梁断面采用较尖的风嘴角度,可以改善此类主梁断面斜拉桥的涡振性能,且较尖的风嘴角度基本不会对桥梁的颤振稳定性产生不利影响。封闭箱梁采用较尖的风嘴角度后,其抑振效果要比半封闭箱梁采用较尖风嘴的抑振效果明显。桥梁断面外部绕流形态数值模拟表明,风嘴角度的改变使得桥梁断面附近的绕流形态发生了变化。气流流经封闭箱梁断面时,由流动分离产生的漩涡比较简单,分布比较规整,而气流流经半封闭钢箱梁断面产生的漩涡分布复杂,规律性差。

     

    Abstract: Taking Xiangshangang Bridge and Second Jiaojiang Bridge for examples, the influence of wind fairing angles on the vortex-induced vibrations and flutter performances of closed and semi-closed box decks were investigated with a wind tunnel test aided with the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method. The results show that the vortex-induced vibration performances could be improved via sharpening wind fairings without the flutter stability being decreased. However, the vibration mitigation effect is more significant on the closed box deck than that on the semi-closed deck. CFD simulations show that the variation of wind fairing angles could change the flow pattern around the bridge deck. The pattern of vortices shedding from the closed box deck is simple and inerratic, but it is complex when shedding from the semi-closed box deck.
