人字形支撑与横梁的板式连接节点的低周疲劳性能及设计建议

LOW-CYCLE FATIGUE BEHAVIOR AND DESIGN SUGGESTION FOR GUSSET PLATE CONNECTION OF CHEVRON BRACES AND BEAM

  • 摘要: 为保证往复弹塑性层间变形条件下人字形支撑与横梁连接的板式节点不先于支撑发生破坏,从节点板与被连接的人字形支撑构件的低周疲劳寿命入手,使用ANSYS和fe-safeWorks程序对由人字撑和节点板组成的支撑系统进行了大量非线性有限元参数分析,研究了工字形截面支撑翼缘宽厚比、支撑长细比、支撑或连接件最外端至梁下翼缘的距离(简称净距)、人字形支撑轴线交点位置等参数对支撑系统低周疲劳寿命的影响规律。基于我国抗震规范按不同抗震设防烈度而规定的支撑长细比和翼缘宽厚比的不同限值,在保证节点板低周疲劳寿命高于支撑的前提下,提出了板式节点人字形支撑端部净距的合理取值方法,为节点板的抗震设计提供了依据。

     

    Abstract: To ensure no more premature fractures on the gusset plate connecting chevron braces and beam occurring earlier than the fractures on bracing members, the low-cycle fatigue life of a brace system (gusset plate and bracing members) is studied by nonlinear analysis with ANSYS and Fe-safeWorks programs. The key influence parameters, including the ratio of free outstands of I-section brace flange to its thickness (b/t), the slenderness ratio of bracing member, the clearance between the brace end and beam’s lower flange, and axes intersection position of chevron braces, are discussed. With the limitations of slenderness ratio and b/t of bracing members used respectively according to varied seismic fortification intensity, seismic design suggestions about clearance of a gusset plate are given to guarantee the low-cycle fatigue life of the gusset plate to be longer than that of the specified braces.
