大跨钢结构安全性模糊综合评估方法的应用研究

APPLICATION STUDY ON THE METHOD FOR FUZZY COMPREHENSIVE EVALUATION OF LARGE-SPAN STEEL STRUCTURE SAFETY

  • 摘要: 由于工程应用中空间钢结构跨度增大导致结构整体失稳问题越来越突出,加之钢结构本身存在着连接、材性、疲劳、应力集中、焊接等自身缺陷,将产生了较多的不确定性因素,直接影响着大跨度钢结构的安全。对此,该文将层次分析法、模糊理论等方法应用于大跨钢结构安全性的综合评估中,结合大跨钢结构的受力特点,采用二级模糊综合评估方法建立了大跨钢结构模糊综合评估模型,利用层次分析法的原理,结合专家经验和研究成果确定了大跨钢结构构件和各子项的权重值,提出了大跨钢结构各项目权向量判断矩阵和大跨钢结构构件鉴定各子项权向量判断矩阵,为大跨钢结构评估结果的准确性提供保障。最后,将大跨钢结构的安全评估结果与试验进行对比,验证了安全评估方法的可行性,为类似工程的安全评估提供参考。

     

    Abstract: The whole instability of structure issues is becoming more and more outstanding because of the increase of the space steel structure span in the course of engineering applications. In addition, steel structures have defects in themselves like the connection, material fatigue, stress concentration and welding, which will cause many uncertain factors and directly affect the safety of a large-span steel structure. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy theory are applied to the comprehensive assessment of long-span steel arch structure safety. According to the characteristic of a long-span steel arch structure, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of a large-span steel structure is established by using the second fuzzy synthetic evaluation. By the theory of analytic hierarchy process, the weight values of every component and sub-items of a large-span steel structure with experts’ experiences and research results are determined. The judgment matrix of weight vectors of every item and component identification of every sub-item of a large-span steel structure is provided for guaranteeing the accuracy of evaluation results of the large-span steel structure. Finally, by the comparison of the results from using this method and experiments, the feasibility of this method is verified, which may provide references for similar projects.
