THE CHARACTERISTICS OF VIBRATION WAVE PROPAGATION FROM SHIP HIGH TRANSMISSION LOSS BASE STRUCTURES

  • 摘要: 基于波动理论,根据阻抗失配和波形转换原理,分析了不同基座连接结构中振动波传递特性,给出了隔振性能随基座板架厚度比及频率变化规律。接着讨论了阻振质量偏心布置对其隔振性能的影响,给出了偏心阻振质量对基座振动波传递的阻抑公式。在理论分析基础上,将高传递损失的基座连接结构延拓到基座面板、腹板和安装板架中,综合运用阻振质量以及贴面阻尼层最大限度的增大基座的阻抗失配程度,初步给出了典型基座高传递损失结构形式,并通过数值计算验证了高传递损失基座结构形式声学设计的有效性。

     

    Abstract: According to impedance mismatch and wave conversion, the characteristics of vibration wave propagation from different base link structures are analyzed through wave theory. The regularity of vibration isolation performance with the plate’s thickness ratio and frequency is also given. Meanwhile the isolation performance of blocking masses eccentric location is discussed, the formula of impeding base vibration wave transmission is deduced. Furthermore, the high transmission loss link structures are introduced to the base panel, web and installation grillage, and the integrated use of blocking mass as well as damping layer dramatically increase the base impedance mismatch. The preliminary high transmission loss of a typical base structure is summed up, and the acoustic design is certified through numerical calculations.
