受酸雨侵蚀混凝土弹性模量研究

A THEORETICAL MODEL FOR ASSESSING ELASTIC MODULUS OF CONCRETE CORRODED BY ACID RAIN

  • 摘要: 弹性模量是混凝土的一个重要力学性能指标,直接影响结构的静力、动力力学响应。为了研究酸雨环境下混凝土弹性模量的劣化规律,应用复合材料细观损伤力学弹性模量理论模型,计算了受腐蚀混凝土静力抗压弹性模量,并通过实验室加速腐蚀方法模拟3种酸度的酸雨环境(pH值为1.5、2.5和3.5),测试不同腐蚀环境下C40混凝土的静力抗压弹性模量。理论模型的计算结果与试验数据吻合较好。研究表明:相对于未腐蚀混凝土,受酸雨侵蚀混凝土内部等效孔洞的体积含量变化是导致力学性能劣化的一个重要原因;以弹性模量变化D作为损伤指标以描述不同腐蚀程度混凝土的劣化规律,对于不同酸度侵蚀液腐蚀的混凝土,在腐蚀初期D波动较大,而后随着侵蚀时间的延长逐渐增大,酸度愈大,D变化愈显著,规律性愈强。

     

    Abstract: Elastic modulus is an important mechanical parameter of concrete, which has a significant effect on the static and dynamic response of a concrete structure. To investigate the elastic modulus of concrete corroded by simulated acid rain, a theory model was put forward based on Composite Micromechanics. Three series of accelerated corrosion tests were executed on concrete C40. Three kinds of simulated acid rain solutions, whose pH are 1.5, 2.5 and 3.5, respectively, are applied as the corrosive medium. The calculated results show good agreement with the experimental data. It can be concluded that the volume fraction of the void, which is corroded by acid rain, is an important factor of the concrete; and the variation of the elastic of concrete D is taken as a damage index, it is found that D has a larger fluctuation at the initial corrosion stage, and with the increasing of corrosion duration, D will have a significant increase. It is also shown that the higher concentration of the solution, the more severe damage and the stronger regular form will be occurred on the specimen.
