牵引电机转子振动对高速列车动力学性能的影响

EFFECT OF ROTOR VIBRATION OF TRACTION MOTOR ON DYNAMIC BEHAVIOR OF HIGH SPEED TRAIN

  • 摘要: 为了分析牵引电机转子振动对车辆动力学性能的影响,建立了包括驱动系统的动车非线性动力学模型,模型中考虑了转子-轴承系统的非线性力。通过数值仿真,研究了转子-轴承系统非线性反力对牵引电机振动的影响,对比分析了考虑与不考虑转子轴承非线性反力时车辆在驱动、匀速和惰行工况下的动力学特性。结果表明,电机转子的振动是由轴承变刚度频率及其次谐波频率振动引起的。轴承反力对电机、构架和轮对的垂向与纵向高频振动影响较大,横向振动以及车体振动影响较小。转子具有结构偏心时,这种影响更加明显。

     

    Abstract: In order to analyze the vehicle dynamic behavior caused by the rotor vibration of traction motor, a non-linear dynamic model of the motor car including the driving system is established, and the nonlinear reaction force of the rotor-bearing system is considered in the model. Through numerical simulation, the vibration of traction motor caused by the nonlinear force of rotor-bearing system is studied. The dynamic behavior of the vehicle under traction under constant speed and idle running conditions is analyzed. Two cases are compared: with or without taking into account the rotor-bearing nonlinear reaction force. The results show that the vibrations of motor rotor are induced by the bearing vibrations with variable stiffness frequencies and their sub-harmonic frequencies. The bearing reaction force has larger influence on the vertical and longitudinal high frequency vibrations of traction motor, bogie frame and wheelset, and less influence on their lateral vibration and the carbody vibration. When the rotor structure is eccentric, this influence is more serious.
