THE APPLICATION AND PRACTICES STUDY OF COMMON TRENCH IN GUANGZHOU UNIVERSITY TOWN

  • 摘要: 广州大学城建设了国内规模最大、设施最为完善的综合管沟,在它建设和管理过程中遇到了地基处理、投融资和费用分摊等技术问题。针对上述难题,首先在不同区段分别采用排水固结、复合地基和桩基础等方法,解决了综合管沟地基基础的不均匀沉降问题;然后采用建设与运营分开的模式,在费用分摊方面找到了较为合理的平衡点,其整体应用效果良好,可供其他类似工程参考。

     

    Abstract: The largest scale common trench which has the most comprehensive facilities has been built in Guangzhou University Town, and it has encountered ground treatment, investment and financing, expense distribution and other technology problems during its construction and management. For these problems, firstly used a consolidation, a composite foundation and a pile foundation in different districts, the problem of its foundation’s uneven settlement has been solved; further more, a mode of separate construction and operation has been adopted, a more reasonable balance in expense distribution has been found as well, its overall good results, can provide a reference for other similar projects.
