“城市窑洞”式绿色建筑研究

STUDY ON GREEN BUILDING OF ‘CITY CAVE DWELLING’

  • 摘要: “城市窑洞”式建筑是基于绿色建筑的发展要求研发的,研究过程中借鉴了传统土窑洞的实现方式。通过对新型高效节能的保温材料的研制,通过合理的设计和施工,将传统土窑洞保温隔热原理应用到现代城市建筑中,营造出一种“形状上不似窑洞,功能上胜似窑洞”的超低能耗的绿色建筑。该文从高效节能材料,整体式保温隔热建筑的设计、施工、温湿度测试、热工计算、抗震性模拟等方面开展研究工作。通过理论分析、试验和实际工程测试证明:“城市窑洞”式绿色建筑具有居住舒适度高、节能省地、轻质高强、抗震性能好等特点。该文旨在通过玻化微珠整体式保温隔热建筑的研究,探索一种能够提供健康、舒适、安全的居住和工作空间的建筑,探索高效率地利用资源、最低限度地影响环境的建筑的实现方式。

     

    Abstract: Research on ‘city cave dwelling’ is based on requests of green construction and employs the traditional ‘Chinese soil dwelling’. Through the development of highly-efficiency and energy-saving insulation materials and rational design/construction, the traditional ‘Chinese soil dwelling’ is applied in buildings of modern city and a new type of green patent building with fabulous energy consumption is constructed. A series of experiments and researches were carried out such as highly-efficiency and energy-saving building materials of Glazed Hollow Beads, design, construction, humidity and temperature tests, theoretical calculation and simulation of anti-seismic performance of integrated thermal insulation building. Via theoretical analysis, experiment and testing of practical projects, it is demonstrated that ‘city cave dwelling’ is prominent in comfortableness, energy-saving, land-efficiency, low weight, high strength and anti-seismic performances.
