某体育馆钢屋盖高温和冷却受力性能分析

BEHAVIOUR ANALYSIS OF THE STEEL ROOF STRUCTURE OF A GYM-NASIUM UNDER TEMPERATURE RISING AND COOLING PROCESS

  • 摘要: 某体育馆钢屋盖为采用预应力张拉空间桁架壳体大空间结构。该文通过有限元分析,研究该体育馆钢屋盖在局部高温作用及冷却过程的受力性能。结果表明:高温使部分结构构件屈服、产生塑性变形,冷却至室温后有较大的残余变形和残余应力;升温和冷却过程使部分支座受力较大或受到上拔力作用;中心区升温和冷却比角部升温和冷却的影响范围广,对于结构受力更加不利,中心区相对与角部更需要加强防火保护。

     

    Abstract: The steel roof of a gymnasium is a hybrid tension structure with pre-stressed truss shell system. The finite element method was used to analyze the mechanical behavior of the roof structure under temperature rising and cooling. The results show that high temperature results in the yielding of structural components and the development of plastic deformation; significant residual stress and deformation are observed after the temperature drops to room temperature. Temperature rising and cooling incurs large support reactions, which is harmful to the structure, especially when the temperature rising and cooling occurs in the central area of the roof structure. Hence, flameproof should be paid more attention for the central area of the structure.
