有格室-后承压板结合部构造的结构特性

STRUCTURAL PERFORMANCE OF REAR BEARING-PLATE CONNECTION WITH CELLS IN STEEL-CONCRETE HYBRID GIRDER

  • 摘要: 有格室-后承压板构造是目前混合梁桥工程中广泛应用的钢混结合部构造形式之一。针对混合梁斜拉桥,通过有限元方法,对该类型结合部构造的受力特点及各结构参数影响进行了较系统的研究。研究结果表明:后承压板和加强段顶底板上的抗剪连接件是有格室-后承压板结合部荷载传递的主要部件,格室内抗剪连接件作用不大。在所取的参数范围内,后承压板厚度(20mm―70mm)、格室长度(0.6m―2.0m)的影响很小;加强段长度大等于1.5m后,该参数的影响也可忽略;抗剪连接件刚度和格室高度对该类型结合部构造的受力性能影响很大,是设计过程中需重点考虑的问题。该研究对混合梁桥结合部构造的设计和研究有重要参考意义。

     

    Abstract: The rear bearing-plate connection with cells is widely used in hybrid girder bridges. As for the hybrid girder cable-stayed bridge, the structural performance and the effects of main parameters of the rear bearing-plate connection with cells were investigated by the finite element method in this paper. The analysis results show that the rear bearing-plate and the shear connectors on the top/bottom plates of the strengthened segment are the primary load-transferring components while the shear connectors in the cells have minor contribution. Within the selected range of parameters, the rear bearing-plate thickness (20mm―70mm), the cell length (0.6m―2.0m) and the strengthened length larger than 1.5m have negligible effects on the load transferring mechanism. And the stiffness of shear connectors and the cell height play vital roles and must be carefully considered in the design. This study provides helpful references for the design and research on the connection in steel-concrete hybrid girder.
