6自由度绳牵引并联机构飞行器模型单自由度振荡运动的动力学分析

DYNAMIC ANALYSIS FOR SINGLE-DOF OSCILLATION OF VEHICLE MODEL IN A 6-DOF WIRE-DRIVEN PARALLEL MANIPULATOR

  • 摘要: 运用牛顿欧拉法对8根绳牵引的6自由度并联风洞支撑系统建立动力学模型。由于该绳牵引并联机构采用冗余驱动引入过约束,所建立的动力学模型是高度耦合的非线性系统。系统的这一特点使得其动力学模型对应的拉力值是多解的,动力学分析变得更为复杂。该文采用优化算法,运用MATLAB编程,着重对飞行器模型的单自由度振荡运动进行了仿真分析。作为算例,给出了模型做俯仰振荡运动时各绳拉力变化的计算仿真结果。分析工作表明该算法对所提出的6自由度绳牵引并联机构动力学模型寻求可行解的有效性;所得结果对该类绳牵引并联支撑系统的总体设计及其在风洞动导数试验中的应用具有一定的指导意义。

     

    Abstract: A dynamical model based on Newton-Euler equations has been proposed in the paper to analyze the oscillatory motion of vehicle models in a 6-DOF (six-degrees-of-freedom) wire-driven parallel manipulator with 8 wires, which is used as a supporter of wind tunnel. The model is a highly coupled nonlinear system because of the adopted redundant constraints, as a result, the wire tension always has multi-solution and the dynamic analysis becomes very complicated. An optimization algorithm has been introduced. The simulation of the vehicle model oscillating in single degree of freedom has been carried out by MATLAB. The evolution of each wire tension has been presented when the vehicle model is in pitching oscillatory motion. The simulation results prove that the algorithm is applicable for searching the feasible solution of the wire tension and designing the prototype of wire-driven parallel manipulator.
