置于氯盐环境中混凝土结构钢筋起锈时间预测

INITIATION TIME PREDICTION OF REINFORCEMENT CORROSION IN CONCRETE STRUCTURES EXPOSED TO CHLORIDE ENVIRONMENT

  • 摘要: 该文建立了热、湿度和氯离子在混凝土中耦合传输的模型。通过引入损伤因子,考虑混凝土结构承受环境载荷时,混凝土耐久性能退化,加快湿度和氯离子在混凝土中运输速率。建立了混凝土热传导、湿度扩散和氯离子运输控制方程,并在空间域和时间域离散,采用有限元方法求解。将数值模拟结果和解析解对比,验证了数值模型的准确性和可靠性,此外进一步研究各种因素(对流、耐久性退化、结合效应)对混凝土中钢筋起锈时间的影响。

     

    Abstract: In the present paper, a complex model for predicting chloride penetration into concrete structure under coupled heat and moisture transport processes is developed. Also the decay of concrete’s durability is taken into account by introducing a scalar damage index into the model. The durability decay is caused by environmental loadings including accelerating moisture and chloride ingress in concrete. The governing equations for the transport of heat, moisture and chlorides into concrete are derived practically and solved numerically by finite element analysis in space and time domains. Comparisons with analytical tests are carried out to show the reliability and the effectiveness of the proposed numerical model. Further numerical simulations are also carried out to study influences of various factors (such as convection, decay of durability, and binding isotherm) on the initiation time of reinforcement corrosion in concrete.
