基于失效边界特性的体系可靠度计算方法

COMPUTATIONAL METHOD OF SYSTEM RELIABILITY BASED ON CHARACTERISTICS OF FAILURE BOUNDARY

  • 摘要: 根据各失效模式验算点分布特性的不同,对体系失效边界的特性进行了补充分析。得到了多失效模式下边界不光滑程度较高的原因。另外分析了Gauss-Hermite积分方法求解体系失效概率的适用性问题。然后基于这些特性,提出了一种结合降维分解和梯形积分技术来计算体系失效概率的改进方法。实例分析表明该方法具有较高的精度和效率。

     

    Abstract: The characteristics of system failure boundaries are studied with different distribution of design points of failure modes. It explains why a failure boundary is possibly non-smooth with multiple failure modes. Moreover, the applicability of the Gauss-Hermite integration method is analyzed for solution of system failure probability. Then, an improved method is proposed to calculate the system failure probability with dimension reduction and trapezium integral techniques based on theses characteristics. The examples show that the proposed method is accurate and efficient.
