无损检测监测技术在广东科学中心的应用

APPLICATION OF UNDAMAGE DETECTION AND MONITORING TECHNOLOGY IN GUANGDONG SCIENCE CENTER

  • 摘要: 结合广东科学中心,对该其在建设及运营过程中所采用的无损监测检测技术进行了概括。重点介绍了瞬态瑞雷波法在地基处理中的应用、滑动测微计在桩基内力测试中的应用、超声波探伤在钢结构焊接质量控制中的应用以及远程自动化数据采集传输系统在隔震支座健康监测中的应用,为类似工程提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Combining with Guangdong Science Center, the noninvasive monitoring detection technology used in the structural whole process of construction and operation is summarized. An emphasis on the transient Rayleigh wave used in foundation treatment, the sliding micrometric applied in pile force test, the ultrasonic testing used in quality control of structural steel welding, and the remote automatic data collection transmission system implied in isolation bearings health monitoring are all introduced. It can serves as an important guide to the similar projects.
