深圳宝安体育场屋盖索膜结构的找形和索的破断分析

FORM-FINDING AND CABLE-BREAKING ANALYSES FOR CABLE-MEMBRANE ROOF STRUCTURE OF SHENZHEN BAOAN STADIUM

  • 摘要: 以深圳宝安体育场索膜结构屋盖为研究对象,该文对其进行了找形和索的破断分析。采用非线性有限元方法进行了找形分析,分析发现该方法可以得到合适的索杆预张力分布和稳定的结构形态。采用单元生死技术对结构体系进行了索的破断分析,结果表明:单根径向索的破断会使局部产生较大变形,但不致引发径向索连续破断;而环向索的破断则会使整个体系产生较大的变形和松弛,从而导致整个结构体系的失效。基于索的破断分析的结果,提出了相应的设计对策,通过采用全封闭索材和特别的环索节点,增加了结构体系安全防线。

     

    Abstract: The Cable-membrane roof structure of Shenzhen Baoan Stadium is taken as a research case, the form-finding and cable-breaking analyses are performed in the paper. A nonlinear finite element method is applied to the form-finding analysis; the results show that the method could get proper cable pretensions and stable structural shape. An element birth and death method is adopted in the cable-breaking analysis. The results indicated that the breaking of a radial cable would result in the large deformation of a local structure, but would not lead to a progressive breaking of radial cables. The breaking of a ring cable would give rise to a large displacement and looseness of the structure, and would result in failure of the structural system. Based on the cable-breaking analysis, corresponding design strategies are proposed, and the safety protection lines are increased by using full locked cables and special ring cable joints.
