玻化微珠在自保温墙体中的应用研究

RESEARCH FOR APPLICATION OF GLAZED HOLLOW BEADS IN SELF-INSULATION WALL

  • 摘要: 建筑节能和墙体改革工作的深入开展,为自保温墙体发展提供了良好的机会。该文结合课题组多年研究成果,在理论计算、试验研究和工程实践基础上,阐述了高效节能、无机、耐高温的玻化微珠新型保温材料在涂抹式、砌块式、墙板式、砌模式和现浇整体式自保温墙体中的应用,形成了集结构功能与保温功能于一体,能满足国家现行节能标准的新型玻化微珠建筑节能自保温体系,为玻化微珠在节能建筑中的应用奠定了理论和实践 基础。

     

    Abstract: Based on project results and theoretical calculation, this paper discusses the application of glazed hollow beads in some types of self-insulation walls. As a new type of thermal insulation material, the glazed hollow beads are energy efficient, inorganic and high temperature-proof. The self-insulation walls considered include daubing type, bricklaying type, panel type, mould type and cast-in-place integral type. Structural performance and thermal insulation performance were integrated in this self-insulation system, and energy efficiency criterion demands were also met in this system. This paper laid theoretical and practical foundation for applications of glazed hollow beads in energy-saving buildings.
