设防水准对典型框架结构土建工程造价的影响

EFFECT OF FORTIFICATION LEVEL ON CIVIL ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION COST OF TYPICAL FRAME BUILDINGS

  • 摘要: 对北京某典型六层框架结构房屋在不同设防水准下的土建工程造价进行计算,并与房屋售价进行对比,分析表明,设防水准提高一个等级,土建工程造价略有增加;在购房款不增加的前提下,只需减少很小的建筑面积,或是将用于房屋装修的费用中压缩很少一部分出来,房屋的抗震设防水准可获得一个等级的提高。

     

    Abstract: Civil engineering construction cost depends on fortification levels. The construction costs of 6 typical frame buildings in Beijing were estimated and compared with the selling incomes. The cost increases slightly with the fortification level, therefore, the fortification level can be improved significantly at a low price.
