网络化结构实验室:桥梁结构远程拟动力试验平台开发与应用

NETWORKED STRUCTURAL LABORATORIES: DEVELOPMENT AND APPLICATION OF REMOTE PSEUDO-DYNAMIC TESTING PLATFORMS FOR BRIDGE STRUCTURES

  • 摘要: 为实现实验室的资源共享和提高试验能力,开发了网络化结构实验室系统。系统包含一个通用的网络通讯平台和基于通讯平台开发的多个远程协同拟动力试验平台。对于桥梁结构,开发了一个简化的单自由度系统拟动力试验平台和一个考虑墩顶不同位移的多自由度远程协同拟动力试验平台。试验平台具有统一的构架,分别由控制中心、真实试验机、虚拟试验机和远程观察器4个模块组成。控制中心组织整个试验流程,进行整体结构数值分析;真实试验机和虚拟试验机分别采用试验设备和数值模拟来获取子结构的恢复力;远程观察器可以获取试验结果。真实试验机和MTS电液伺服系统之间采用一个标准的ActiveX控件进行位移指令的发送和试验反馈数据的采集。利用开发的试验平台进行了系列桥梁结构虚拟和真实远程协同拟动力试验,验证了试验平台的可靠性。

     

    Abstract: A networked structural laboratories system is established for shared use of laboratory facilities and improving testing capacity. The system consists of a network based communication platform and a series of remote collaborative pseudo-dynamic testing platforms. A simplified single-degree-of-freedom platform and a multi-degree-of-freedom testing platform are developed for simulating the seismic response of bridge structures. Both of the two testing platforms consist of four types of modules, namely control center, physical tester, virtual tester and observer. The control center organizes the testing procedure and handles numerical integrations. The physical tester and the virtual tester generate restoring forces of substructures by operating testing facilities and computing resources respectively. The observer monitors the testing process and shares the testing results without any interference of the test. A standard ActiveX control is utilized to provide transferring of control signals and feedback data between the physical tester and MTS Electro-hydraulic servo system. A series of virtual and physical hybrid tests of bridge structures under earthquake excitations were carried out. The results validate the reliability of the testing platforms.
