FCC晶体中孔洞长大行为的研究

THE STUDY OF VOID GROWTH BEHAVIOR IN FCC CRYSTAl

  • 摘要: 为了揭示孔洞在FCC晶体中的长大规律,研究了含圆柱形孔洞的铝单晶试样在平面应变压缩条件下的变形情况,采用EBSD(Electron Backscatter Diffraction)对孔洞周围的不均匀变形以及晶体取向变化进行分析,并通过编制率相关有限元用户子程序,采用晶体有限元模拟了含圆柱形孔洞的铝单晶试样在平面应变压缩条件下的变形。实验结果与模拟结果的对比表明:晶体取向对孔洞的长大行为影响较大;率相关晶体有限元能很好地预测孔洞周围晶体取向的变化,该方法可较好地模拟FCC晶体中孔洞的长大行为,为研究FCC晶体中孔洞的演化以及断裂行为提供了一种有效的分析方法。

     

    Abstract: The deformation of aluminum single crystal including a cylindrical void under plain strain pressure was designed to investigate the growth behavior of void in FCC crystals. The heterogeneous deformation and the change of crystallographic orientation around the void were studied by using electron backscatter diffraction, integrating with crystal plasticity finite element method, and the deformation behavior of aluminum single crystal including a cylindrical void was simulated by compiling a user material subroutine program with rate-dependent crystal plasticity theory. Experimental results and simulation results show that the crystallographic orientation has significant influence on the growth behavior of voids. The rate-dependent crystal plasticity finite element method can well simulate the void growth behavior and the change of crystallographic orientation around the void in FCC crystals, and it can be used to analyze void evolution and fractural behavior of materials.
