AN APPLICATION OF M.W.R TO THE STATIC ANALYSIS OF SMOOTH AND REINFORCED CIRCUIAR SHALL

  • A system of differential equation of a circular shell is deduced on which reinforces are fixed along meridian or circular lines With the trial function sets which are formed by 3B spline and 5B spline functions to meet some ordinary boundary conditions, one can solve such problems in the way of inner method much easier. In the end some examples of solving circular paraboloid shells are given, which shows the advantages of precision, saving time in computing, less preparation and wide application.
