SYMMETRICAL FREE VIBRATION OF BELLOWS

Abstract
In this paper the symmetrical free vibration of single-ply bellows are studied by using the finite element method on assumption that strains and displacements are infinite small. Elements with three nodes are used. Displacements and rotations of the elements are interpolated independently in the general coordinate. Some typical examples are calculated. The comparision of computational results with EJMA shows that the program has good accuracy and is available.
