  • Human error has been recognized as one of the major causes of structural failure. Moreover, it may greatly exacerbate the damaging effect of other hazards.Based on a great number of survey data, the present paper gives some rules on human error during construction, develops a mathematicalmodel to consider the influence of human error on.the basic structuralparameters. Finally, as example, an reliability analysis of reinforcedconcrete beam considering human errors during construction is given.
