THE INITIAL STRESS LEAST SQUARE COLLOCATION METHOD FOR ELASTO-PLASTIC AXISYMMETRIC PROBLEMS

  • In this paper, the initial stress least square collocation method is employed to treat elasto-plastic axisymmetric problems with uniform or linear varying pressure. Several numerical examples showed that the method is successful. The program can be applied to engineering calculation and design.
