PROBABILITY ANALYSIS OF THICK-WALLED CYLINDER FATIGUE LIFE

In this paper, the formulas which are used to calculate the fatigue lives of thickwalled cylinder structures are derived for given reliability and credit levels. A computer program is developed by using a fast,efficient and precise multiple dimensional numerical integration method. It is convenient to obtain the value of fatigue life of a thick-walled cylinder structure with various sizes, material constants, various types of variable distribution (for ordinary ten types) and various given reliability and credit levels.
