PERFORMANCE-BASED DESIGN OF STEEL-CONCRETE HYBRID STRUCTURE IN HIGH-RISE RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS

  • Combined with the design of Nanning Hubin Mansion, a scientific model project in 2004, the application of steel-concrete hybrid structure technology in high-rise residential buildings is introduced. The load-bearing capacity and elastoplastic property of steel-concrete hybrid structures are analyzed. Members and joints design, as well as the anti-fire design of rectangular CFST columns are discussed. The differential shortening between steel columns and reinforced concrete walls is analyzed and measures to decrease differential shortening are proposed. The design methods can be referred to by similar projects.
