  • Connectors are the key control elements in dual function slitted shear walls, which is a new type seismic passive control structure. 13 specimens were tested to investigate the behavior of the connectors. The main influence parameters are analyzed in this paper. Based on the test results and theoretical analysis, formulas to predict the initiation of cracking, yielding and the maximum shear capacity and deformation are suggested.
