THE SOLUTIONS OF AXISYMMETRIC PLANE STRESS FOR A HYPERELASTIC MATERIAL INTERFERENCE PROBLEM

This paper addresses a common axisymmetric interference problem of hyperelastic material under the condition of plane stress. Both theoretical and finite element analysis (FEA) solutions are given, under the framework of large deformation. The two solutions are in good agreement. The effect of hyperelastic material's compressibility on stress level is discussed.
