EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF SHEARING BOND PERFORMANCE BETWEEN CFRP SHEET AND STEEL MEMBER

A single shear test about CFRP-steel member was performed to investigate the shearing bond performance between CFRP sheet and steel member. Based on experimental data, adhesive length, the number of layers and sticking technology, and the effects of the parameters are discussed, and the bond mechanism is described. The adhesive interface performance is examined analytically and compared with test data. Good agreement is reached.
