THE SECOND-ORDER ANALYSIS OF PRERAISED HEIGHT OF CONCRETE-FILLED STEEL TUBE ARCH BRIDGE DURING CONSTRUCTION CONSIDERING TEMPERATURE EFFECT

  • The concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge is assembled by drawing stay cables through hoisting jack during construction. The expression of stay cable force is derived by adopting the equilibrium principle of force moment. Considering the second-order effect in analyzing temperature effect, the relationship between preraised height and the deformation of stay cables is obtained. Taking Yongjiang bridge of Yongning in Guangxi for instance, the effect of temperature to the preraised height is studied using several temperature phrases. It is concluded that temperature can affect preraised height to some degree if the difference of temperature is great enough, but the second-order effect can be neglected.
