  • An efficient, energy-saving and environmental protection housing system is an inevitable tendency with the development of society, and housing industrialization is necessary for the economy development and the speeding up urbanization process in our country. Combined with Vanke’s exploration on housing industrialization and series of experiments on a new type assembled-monolithic precast concrete structural joints, author have studied on the joint load-bearing performance, seismic performance failure mode and on the like, and have formed a system of researches on assembled-monolithic precast concrete structure, which can provide experimental demonstration for the extension of the structure system application.
