ULTIMATE LOAD ANALYSIS OF STRENGTH AND STABILITY FAILURE FOR SLENDER ECCENTRICALLY COMPRESSED RC MEMBER

  • On the basis of analysis of strength and stability failure rules of slender eccentrically compressed reinforced concrete member,the non-elastic strength failure character and the design criterion of slender eccentrically compressed reinforced concrete member with or without considering the second-order effect were clarified. The simulated ultimate load formula and double-control design method of slender eccentrically compressed reinforced concrete member were proposed by nonlinear finite element simulation analysis.
