EFFECT OF MULTI-MODE AND CROSS PART OF MODE ON DYNAMIC DISPLACEMENT AT THE ROOF OF SHENGYANG GYM

  • On the basis of simultaneous pressure measurement in wind tunnel experiments, the spatial wind-induced vibration analysis was carried out for the long-span roof of Shenyang Gym with CQC Method. This paper is devoted to multi-modal contributions to displacement quadratic variance on the representative points at the roof and the maximum mode is 40th. Compared with SRSS Method, the effect of cross part of the mode on the dynamic displacement quadratic variance is discussed in detail. For example, the cross part can make the response increase or decrease for different roof points and modes, and taking into account of enough modes, it affects little on the points where larger dynamic displacements occur.
